We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Engineer to join our quality assurance team in Pune. The candidate will oversee component inspections, 3D CMM testing, and maintain IATF 16949 / ISO 9001:2015 documentation standards across precision fabrication runs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute incoming, in-process, and final inspection of high-precision hydraulic lines, tubes, and fabricated assemblies.
- Operate 3D CMM machines, digital height gauges, surface roughness testers, and hydrostatic pressure test rigs.
- Prepare First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), PPAP level documentation, and root cause analysis (8D / CAPA).
- Coordinate with production plant heads to enforce zero-defect SOPs.
