Seeking a proactive Production Supervisor to oversee our conveyorized powder coating line, 7-tank chemical pre-treatment plant, and component assembly cells at Unit V, Supa MIDC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the continuous conveyorized surface treatment and powder coating plant.
- Monitor bath chemistry, pH levels, phosphating parameters, and dry film thickness (DFT) tests.
- Drive production targets, JIT scheduling, safety protocols, and 5S workplace standards.
- Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for scheduled OEM shipments.
