We are hiring an experienced Robotic Welding Specialist to lead multi-pass robotic welding cells and automated fixture setups for earthmoving chassis and mining equipment components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and teach ABB / Fanuc / Yaskawa robotic welding cells for structural steel and heavy chassis assemblies.
- Inspect weld bead quality, penetration, and ensure compliance with ISO 3834 welding standards.
- Collaborate with fixture design engineers to optimize cycle times and robotic torch paths.
- Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) dye-penetrant checks on critical joints.
